After the former aide of Kenyan Prime Minister Raila Odinga (Miguna Miguna) was roughed up in Mombasa  City on Saturday,August 25 as he went to market his recently published book peeling back the mask the social media was full of comments on the Mombasa incident and we bring you some of comments made by  people on the incident in which Miguna also lost one of his shoes and has said that his next tour of marketing is in Nyeri town in Central Province.

 1.Kabando Wa-Kabando

Whatever his political ideology, Miguna Miguna is perfectly in order, constitutionally, to author a book and to market it globally. Those goons violently disrupting his meetings are criminals deserving immediate arrest and charge in courts. It's the height of intolerance,hate and impunity to subject anyone to violent treatment. Arent such rowdy scenes a precusor to worst scenarios than 2008 murderous gangs? Its such intolerant &violent treatment of Raila's critics especially in Nyanza that create serious fears of a RAILA presidency. Enough said.

2.Miguna At Miguna

Raila has goons and thugs all over from canada to nambomboto-his kibera village.Impunity he leads..If he can do these things while only a leader of ODM and p.m,what would he do were he to be president??This man will only be the 4th president by Illusion!Those who dare question the odinga dynasty,are attacked everywhere moreso outskirts of Nyanza to fool kenyans just like slain Mboya.On Nepotism,he is unrivaled not even mzee kenyatta can match him.

There is no doubt that the only folks causing mayhem and threatening the life of another Kenya(miguna) are raila's goon swhy should ODM be allowed to monopolize violence as a weapon of intimidating opponent?..causing violence and blaming others? why arent they punished? what are authorities doing? this is impunity gone too far. this must not be allowed to happen in modern day Kenya.why cant those who dont want to hear not attend..what is the new constitution for..freedom of expression?or is it because they managed to dope ICC? ICC and Bensouda should surely open their eyes and now realize who the sponsors of violence in kenya are..and how they instigate it thro hired goons..and that they were doped

Freedom of expression is enshrined in our constitution. However, we tend to abuse it by provoking our opponents or by attacking them when they objectively criticize us. Both Miguna Miguna and his assailants are guilty of abusing their constitutional rights, the former for provoking supporters of his opponent by issuing negative statement while the latter by assaulting the former. We should not forget that few months ago, Lari MP, Njuguna's car was torched by youths after he called on President Kibaki to rally behind PM Odinga's candidature. And just like with Miguna Miguna's case, politicians against his opinion kept mum over his woes. We therefore do not expect political leaders to lectures us over respect for human rights!

Miguna Miguna is being used to portray Raila as violent and you can see how even those you expect to argue better call Miguna's attackers Raila supporters. Kenyans are not foolish. Miguna is being attacked by his own hired gang not Raila's.

The so called hired-ODM hooligans who r roughing up Miguna Miguna are actually spoiling for Raila either via fault or default. The best way to counter Miguna is to let him do is thing peacefully. He will not attract media attention and without the media he becomes irrelevant.
