A senior official in the
office of the Kenyan Prime Minister Mr.Raila Odinga has today,Monday,July 16 instructed
his lawyer to sue the author of a book called Peeling back the Mask for allegedly defaming him.
Mr.Caroli Omondi who is the
Chief of staff at the office of the Kenyan Prime Minister has instructed his
lawyer George Oraro to take up legal measures against the author of the book
Mr.Miguna Miguna who is a former advisor to Odinga on coalition matters and the
biggest newspaper in the region,the Nation newspaper for serialising the book.
Miguna launched the book on
Saturday,July 14 at the Kenyan capital,Nairobi.Odinga whom his secret life and
operations has been severally mentioned has remained and left today for China
for a two weeks official tour.
Political observers said that
it is a matter of time before many people troop to the courts to sue Miguna as
he mentioned many people in the book and majority of them are not happy.
