He is normally polite in Parliament during debates but active in political activities and described as an average MP by his constituent.

He was born in 1971 and at one time he had declared to vie for the Presidency in Kenya`s General election slated for 2013 but seems to have cooled down his Presidency ambition after weighing many options.

The former senior Lands Officer in Kenya, Mburi has not spoken in Parliament for more than 10 times and his record in the constituency is described as bad by constituent we interviewed recently for this special assignment.

The MP who was born on September 23,1967 holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from Nairobi University and his Constituent are wondering what happened with the promises he made during the campaigns which they described as the ``sweetest`` ones.
